Are there any regulations governing Crypto Asset Trading?

As Fasset continues to develop and expanded our jurisdiction for local operations in accordance with the current cryptocurrency regulatory framework. We engage with regulators globally in order to serve our global clients in a compliant manner.
We currently hold several registrations, licenses, authorizations, and approvals (as may be applicable in each jurisdiction) in the following countries:

Labuan, Malaysia
To support the global market, Fasset is operating under the Labuan Financial Service Authority (LFSA) license and maintains our operation as Fasset Labuan Limited. This license is used to serve our global customers.

We are registered as Virtual Currency Exchange Operator and Deposit Virtual Currency Wallet Operator with the FCIS as Authority & Supervisor. This authorization will be used to serve our EU/EEA customers.

In Indonesia, Fasset maintains local operations as PT Gerbang Aset Digital and it is regulated under the country’s regulator, the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti). This registration is used specifically to serve our Indonesian customers.

Middle East
In UAE, Fasset maintains local operations as Fasset FZE. We hold the Virtual Assets MVP Provisional License under VARA and now expanding to have our Full Market Participant (“FMP”) license under the same authority. We will start actively serving our Middle East customers once we obtained the FMP license.
