In order to withdraw your local currency into your bank account, you need to add your bank account information first.
Requirements
- A registered personal bank account
- Your bank account details
- Your bank statement (issued within the last 3 months)
Note: To ensure that all your bank information is correct when adding your bank account in Fasset, to prevent delays or potential loss of funds. If you are unsure of your bank details, do contact your bank and they will help you.
Steps to add bank information
Step 1: Log in to your Fasset account and go to “Portfolio”. Under the Portfolio section, you’ll see your wallets (cash & crypto wallet). Then select Withdraw button on Cash Wallet as shown in the image below.
Step 2: Then click on “Edit Bank Account” and select Bank Account.
Step 3: Next, Add Bank Account. Make sure that all details inserted are correct.
Step 4: Upload your bank statement that is issued within the past 3 months. Ensure that it is a valid bank statement that has your name and bank details to prove that the bank is under your name.
Step 5: Confirm your bank details once again before you finalize your submission. If everything is correct, press the "Submit" button.
Congratulations! You have just completed the process of adding your bank account. It may take up to 1 working day to verify your account. Once that is done, you may request a withdrawal and the funds will be transferred to your linked bank account.
