Withdrawing your cash from your Fasset account is simple and straightforward.
Requirements
Before withdrawing cash from your account, please ensure that you have done the following:
- Identity Verification: If you have not done your Identity Verification (KYC), please do so first by referring to this knowledge base here. You cannot withdraw from your account if you have not done identity verification.
- Add Bank Account: If you have not added a verified bank account, please do so first here.
Withdrawing cash from your cash wallet
Step 1: In order to withdraw Fiat currency to your bank account, click on the “Withdraw” button on your Cash Wallet.
Step 2: Select the bank account. Ensure that you already have a verified bank account. If you do not, please do so here.
Step 3: Enter the amount you're going to withdraw. Ensure that the withdrawal amount is not over your withdrawal limit.
Step 4: Confirm that your bank account and the amount to be withdrawn are correct, before clicking on the "Confirm" button.
Step 5: Verify yourself through Google Authentication or SMS authentication to move on.
Your withdrawal is now being processed. It would take at least 14 working days to be processed.
