My bank does not issue a statement. What can I submit instead?

Before considering alternatives, please note that most banks offer e-statements as a paperless alternative to paper bank statements. These can be downloaded in PDF form and are accepted on the website. Kindly check your bank website and/or banking app if this option is available to you.

I don’t receive bank statements (including bank e-statements). What documents can I submit?

If you don’t receive any type of monthly statement, but you possess a passbook, you can scan the first page of your passbook.

Please take note that we need to see all the following details in your scan:

  1. Name

  2. National ID number

  3. Account Number

  4. Bank Logo

I just opened my bank account, and I have not received any statement yet. What documents can I submit?

You may submit any document that proves that you are the owner of the bank account. This may include a letter you receive from your bank when you open a bank account.

Please take note that we need to see all the following details in that document:

  1. Name

  2. National ID number OR address

  3. Account number

  4. Bank Logo
