If your deposit are not reflecting in your Fasset wallet, please follow these steps:
- Fill in the form and submit a request to our Customer Support.
- Attach the transaction receipt together with the form.
Once request has been submitted, our Customer Support will look into your query and will get back to you within 24 hours.
