If your deposit are not reflecting in your Fasset wallet, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the form and submit a request to our Customer Support.
  2. Attach the transaction receipt together with the form.

Once request has been submitted, our Customer Support will look into your query and will get back to you within 24 hours.
