What should I do if my wallet showing the sign "wallet keeps generating"?

If you ever encounter an issue or error like this  "We're generating your wallets, please try again in 1-2 minutes".

Please follow these troubleshooting methods.

For web/desktop

  1. Hard refresh your browser (CTRL+F5);
  2. Clear cache and cookies;
  3. Lastly, try a different browser.

For mobile user

  1. Log out from your account and try to login back.
  2. Go to your phone Storage in Settings and clear the cache for the Fasset app.
  3. Try to uninstall and re-installing the app once more.
