If you ever encounter an issue or error like this "We're generating your wallets, please try again in 1-2 minutes".
Please follow these troubleshooting methods.
For web/desktop
- Hard refresh your browser (CTRL+F5);
- Clear cache and cookies;
- Lastly, try a different browser.
For mobile user
- Log out from your account and try to login back.
- Go to your phone Storage in Settings and clear the cache for the Fasset app.
- Try to uninstall and re-installing the app once more.
